We would like your thoughts on a number of issues that are important to their communities and day-to-day lives to help the council prioritise where it should focus support.
A survey, which should only take a couple of minutes to complete, will be available from 23 September until 13 October. The results of which will play a central role in Wiltshire Council's Community Area Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (CAJSNA); this is carried out every three years and helps us understand the needs and experiences of local people.
The survey lists a wide variety of priorities and you are asked to select up to five which they deem most important for their local area, with an option of adding their own too.
A series of face-to-face community events will also take place in spring 2020, with the results of the survey helping to shape the focus of those sessions. The survey results and events, which will be confirmed later this year, will help the council establish its priorities over the next three years to try to improve lives and experiences locally, with local Community Engagement Managers and the Public Health team working together on this project.

"It's vital we get feedback and the thoughts of residents as that will shape what local action should take place to make their lives better."
Laura Mayes, Conservative Councillor and Wiltshire Council Cabinet Member for Public Health, said: "Each community area in Wiltshire has its own unique identity so we're keen to hear from a real cross section of the county to help us plan the way forward and the type of support we should be providing.
"This survey is just the first step and we look forward to engaging with our communities throughout this work and ensure their voices are heard and reflected."
The survey will be available online and hard copies will also be available in local libraries.
